Shahrukh Khan: Shahrukh Khan has rented two duplex apartments in Mumbai. The actor has leased these apartments from Bollywood actor Jackie Bhagnani for three years.
Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has rented two duplex flats in the Pali Hill area of Khar Mumbai. He will have to pay a rent of Rs 8.67 crore to occupy this apartment for a duration of three years, according to the media reports.
If reports are to be believed then actor-producer Jackie Bhagnani and his sister Deepika have leased out a duplex to Shahrukh Khan. At the same time, the film producer Vashu Bhagnani owns the other duplex that is being inhabited by Shahrukh Khan.
The rent of actor-producer Jackie Bhagnani's duplex is Rs 11.54 lakh per month. The rent of the apartment of Vasu Bhagnani at the same time will be Rs 12.61 lakh per month. Both duplexes are at Pooja Casa on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors of a building.
If reports are to be believed, the Khan family is thinking of making their house even more grand. According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan's wife and famous interior designer Gauri Khan gave an official application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) last month. In this, permission has been sought to build two additional floors above. The application has been reviewed by holding a meeting on 10 and 11 December.
Shahrukh Khan's house is currently 6 floors. This house was built in the year 1914. Gauri Khan has sought permission to extend the house. 'Mannat' is built in 2091.38 square meters. Gauri Khan wants to extend this house from 6 to 8 floors. Talking about the actor's work front, he is working on Sujoy Ghosh's action film 'King'. His daughter Suhana Khan is also going to make her big screen debut with the film.
