According to him, Shah Rukh Khan's fame and recognition are so great that any artist in the world would aspire to meet him. Terry described SRK as an artist who, through his hard work and talent, brought global recognition to Indian cinema.

In addition to praising Shah Rukh Khan, Terry Cruise also praised Bollywood's musical tradition. He said that the way songs and dances are integrated into the story in Indian films is rarely seen in Hollywood. Terry, himself a dancer, believes that this is what sets Bollywood apart from the rest of the world.
