Mumbai, Jan 11 (IANS) – The highly anticipated film The Mehta Boys, marking the directorial debut of veteran actor Boman Irani, had its grand screening as the opening film of the Indian Film Festival in Berlin, Germany.
Starring Avinash Tiwary, Boman Irani, Shreya Chaudhary, and Puja Sarup, the film explores the poignant dynamics of a father-son relationship and the emotional layers of their strained bond. The screening was met with enthusiasm, and lead actor Avinash Tiwary expressed his excitement and gratitude.

Avinash Tiwary on Working with Tamannaah Bhatia
In a lighter moment, Avinash Tiwary recently shared his memories of working with Tamannaah Bhatia in the streaming film Sikandar Ka Muqaddar. Recalling their first meeting during an acting workshop years ago, Avinash revealed, “I first met Tamannaah when she was in 9th grade, and I had just finished 12th. Even then, she had a remarkable presence.”
Reflecting on their reunion on set, he added, “Seeing her again, I realized how warm and grounded she is, which made working together a joy.”
