Kiara Advani Opens Up About Emotional Postpartum Journey After Motherhood

Kiara Advani, an actress, discussed what happened to her after she became a mother. The emotions she experienced during those few months and how much support she received from her husband Sidharth Malhotra were all explained by her. When Kiara thought about the life that came after she became a mother in July 2025, she could not hold back her emotions.

In a conversation with Raj Shamani, Kiara Advani said that it took her several months to understand what she was going through. She said, "It's a completely new world." Kiara, 34, said, "You realize how much you're doing for others. You forget about the relationship you should have with yourself. You even forget about the things you should say to yourself. I've always been so focused on others. The change that's happened since the birth of my child is that I've finally found time to nurture my relationship with myself, and that's probably the best thing."

Kiara also spoke about her husband Sidharth Malhotra's role during this period. She explained that despite being very busy with his work, Sidharth made small but meaningful efforts. She said there were days when his emotions would overwhelm him so much that even small things would bring tears to his eyes. During that time, Sidharth was busy promoting his film, but he still tried his best to find time with her. Often, after finishing work, he would visit her mother's house late at night. On the doctor's advice, Sidharth would even take her for short walks at night.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani married in February 2023 and their daughter, Saaraiah, was born in July 2025. Kiara will soon be seen in the film "Toxic," which also stars Yash, Nayanthara, and Tara Sutaria.
