Mukesh Chhabra Reacts to Negativity Over ‘Ramayana’ and ‘Dhurandhar’

Mukesh Chhabra, the casting director for "Dhurandhar," is highly appreciated for his brilliant casting choice in the movie. He has also been working on casting the blockbuster "Ramayana," in which Ranbir Kapoor is going to portray Lord Rama. In recent times, Mukesh Chhabra has openly attacked the negativity surrounding both films.

During a conversation with News18, Mukesh Chhabra discussed the trolling and negative reactions on social media regarding "Ramayana" and "Dhurandhar." He said that negativity has increased significantly these days. I don't know who orchestrates all this, or how. People form unreasonable opinions. I don't know why.

This could happen to anyone these days. Trolling has become rampant, but I can't do anything to stop it. I feel bad for everyone. People start reacting as soon as they see a glimpse of the film. But do you know what the best part is?

These trolls disappear as soon as the film is released. I feel bad and scared because these days people can say anything about anyone. When Dhurandhar was about to release, there was negative talk online, but everyone had faith in the film. The audience is very understanding.

Mukesh Chhabra further stated that the percentage of people trolling on social media is very low. Regarding Dhurandhar, he said that there was a wave of negativity in the beginning, but the outpouring of love after its release far outweighed that. A good film cannot be stopped.

This was the case even before the release of Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Technical glitches led to concerns about its box office performance after paid preview screenings were canceled. Even after its release, some scenes in the film faced criticism, which Aditya later clarified were created by AI and not part of the film.

During the conversation, Mukesh Chhabra expressed his desire to see Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor together in a film. He said it would be the biggest film in the country.
