Superstar Salman Khan's brother and actor Arbaaz Khan is in the news these days. This time, he is not in the news for any of his projects or films, but for a property deal. Arbaaz has reportedly sold his apartment in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a deal worth crores of rupees.
According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, this transaction was officially registered on May 5, 2026. According to the information, Arbaaz Khan sold this apartment for Rs 6.5 crores. This apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegant, a luxury residential project located in the Lokhandwala Complex near Infinity Mall.
As per the documents, the carpet area of the apartment is 1,369 square feet, and it also comes with two parking spots. Additionally, the buyers paid stamp duty worth ₹3.9 million. In recent times, Andheri West has emerged as one of the highly desirable places to reside in Mumbai for actors, film-makers, businessmen, and other individuals associated with the entertainment sector.
In the past, about three months ago, Arbaaz Khan purchased another apartment in Jogeshwari, Mumbai, for ₹2.78 crore. Sources claim that the apartment is located on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road in Jogeshwari West. The carpet area of the apartment is 1,243 square feet under RERA and it was purchased for over ₹22,000 per square foot. The property also included two parking spaces. The property was registered on February 17, 2026.
