Kiara Advani is preparing for a movie called "Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups," in which she will act alongside Yash. Recently, she opened up about the positives and negatives associated with her career. Let's hear what she had to say.

During an interview in Raj Shamani's podcast, Kiara disclosed that she had gone through some very tough days after her debut movie, Fugly. "I feel that I've learned from each and every experience that came my way and that's made me the person that I am right now," she said.

Kiara also revealed that people still associate her with her hit films "MS Dhoni: The Untold Story" and "Kabir Singh," while her debut film was "Fugly," which not many people saw at the time.

She said, "Even today, people think my first film was "MS Dhoni" or "Kabir Singh" because they were hits. But my first film was "Fugly." Very few people saw it."

The actress further explained that after "Fugly," there was a long period of waiting in her career. While the film was praised by critics, it didn't receive a positive response from the public.

Kiara said, "After that film, there was a long period of downtime because the film didn't do well at the box office. But critics praised my work." Yet, it didn't translate into work.

She also explained that she had to audition constantly at that time, sometimes getting selected, sometimes not. She added, "It was a long wait. At that time, you have fewer options. When your film doesn't do well commercially, opportunities become fewer."

She further added that after MS Dhoni and Kabir Singh, her career stabilized, and she never looked back. The actress will next be seen in the film "Toxic" with Yash.
