NEET-UG Protest in Delhi and Mumbai Draws Celebrity Support; Gurfateh Singh Urges Public to Speak Up
Celebs Support Student Protest: The student movement is garnering support from celebrities. While Shabana Azmi stepped out to support students at the protest held at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, many celebrities in Mumbai also expressed their solidarity with similar protests.
A protest over alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG exam kicked off in Delhi, the national capital. As part of this student movement, a march took place last Monday from Jantar Mantar to Parliament. The demonstration also saw some violence. Support for the movement, which began in Delhi, is growing in other cities, with students gathering in Mumbai as well. Several celebrities have voiced their support during this time. Actor Gurfateh Singh Pirzada even remarked, "Discuss this just like 'Dhurandhar 3'."

The actor appealed to people to discuss this protest with the same enthusiasm they show for the story of 'Dhurandhar 3'. When students took to the streets in New Delhi on Monday to protest, Gurfateh shared his support on Instagram, writing, "Wake up, country, wake up. A revolution has arrived once again."
Now, Gurfateh Singh has shared another post writing, "Honestly, there is only one right side. You should talk about this just the way people talk about 'Dhurandhar 3'." He also shared photos and videos of the crowd gathered for the protest at Mumbai's Shivaji Park. Pratibha Ranta and singer Akasa Singh were also seen present at the protest in one of the photos.
Actress Pratibha Ranta also shared a photo from the Mumbai protest on her Instagram story. Along with it, she wrote, "If not now, then when! Break the silence. Step out." 'Raise your voice.'
Akasa Singh also joined the protest at Mumbai's Shivaji Park. Sharing a post on her Instagram account, she wrote, "What would really happen if one spoke up? We are seeing what has happened by *not* saying anything. So, let's try speaking up for a change." The students and the future of our country deserve accountability and dialogue. Forget about Right vs. Left, propaganda, or religion. You don't need to side with any specific party, but can you stand up for humanity?
