In her recent Instagram post, Preity Zinta is seen sharing her views related to the importance of nature service and giving something back to nature. While sharing the pictures, Preity Zinta said that she had planted pine trees in her hometown about three years ago. Now they have started growing. Seeing this, her happiness is in the seventh sky. Preity Zinta has shared both the picture of the time of planting and the picture of the plant grown now.
Preity Zinta has written a caption with the post, 'I planted this Himalayan Ceder tree almost 3 years ago. So happy to see it grow and thrive with all the snow around as Himachal Pradesh braces for a cold & white winter. Preity further wrote, "Moments like these give true meaning to life & the importance of giving back to Mother Nature."
Preity Zinta was born in Shimla. Her father Durganand Zinta was an officer in the army. When the actress was 13 years old, her father died in a car accident. Talking about Preity Zinta's career, she debuted in the year 1998 through the film 'Dil Se'. Then she appeared in Soldier with Bobby Deol. Preity Zinta is going to make a comeback on the big screen through Rajkumar Santoshi's film 'Lahore 1947'. In this, she will work with Sunny Deol. The film is being made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions.
