As long as I can achieve the look I want through hard work, like I did in Nikam. Whether it's gaining weight, looking older (to play a certain age), or thinning my hair, which my hairstylist strongly opposed.
The actor further explained in his post that everyone told me not to go half bald and not gain so much weight for 'Bose,' not to give up eating and drinking and not to lose so much weight for 'Trapped,' or not to behave like a blind person even when the cameras were off during the shooting of 'Srikanth.'

For 'Nikam,' I had to gain about 9-10 kg and was eating two pizzas a day, lots of sweets, my favorite aloo parathas and biryani. I wasn't using any glamorous makeup to look like the character. I hope you'll see all my hard work when you watch the film, which is releasing soon.
Sharing further details about his upcoming film, the actor said, "Now is the time for a change. It's time to shed those extra kilos and get into the shoes of Ganguly, our own Dada. I will always work hard to keep you engaged and entertained." The biopic of former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly is one of Rajkummar Rao's most anticipated films. The shooting of the film is set to begin next month.
