Whenever there is a discussion of war-based movies in Bollywood, movies such as 'LOC', 'Border' and 'Uri' become prominent. With similar expectations, Farhan Akhtar's upcoming film - '120 Bahadur' is on its way to joining the list of these movies. Farhan Akhtar will be playing the role of Param Vir Chakra winner Major Shaitan Singh Bhati in this movie.

All possible attempts are being taken to make this movie real. A person connected with the movie informed that it has been filmed at the high slopes of Ladakh, where there is less oxygen and temperature of minus is usual. The major portion of the film has been filmed at 14,000 feet altitude in a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius.

'120 Bahadur' is the story of the bravery that was written on the Rejang La front in the 1962 Indo-China war. Only 120 Indian soldiers fought bravely against thousands of Chinese soldiers and protected the country without caring for their lives. This battle fought under the leadership of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati is still recorded in golden letters in the history of the Indian Army.

For this film, Farhan Akhtar not only trained himself physically, but also took special training to adapt himself to high altitude. Farhan has worked hard to understand military exercises, understanding of weapons and the mindset of soldiers.

This film is directed by Rajneesh Raji Ghai and is jointly produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Amit Chandra. The film will be released in theatres on November 21 and the makers are hopeful that it will not only perform well at the box office but will also make a place in the hearts of the audience.
